EE Global will be held at two centrally located venues. The Forum will convene on Monday, May 21 at UN City – a Platinum LEED certified building and the winner of the European Commission’s Green Building Award (as well as the 2016 EE Visionary Award). On Tuesday, May 22 delegates will head to the center of town, as we host the Forum at the historic Odd Fellow Palace.

UN City is one of the most sustainable buildings of its kind in Scandinavia. It has received a Platinum LEED certificate and the European Commission’s Green Building Award for New Buildings. The building has been designed to use at least 55 percent less energy than a similar-sized office building and thus contributes to the UN’s mission of making operations more energy efficient.
Note: Due to the security measures in place at UN City we ask that you arrive 30 minutes early and have a government issued picture ID. Additionally, please make sure you are registered to attend the conference before you arrive to expedite the security process.
Transportation: UN City is accessible by the S-train, lines A, B, C, E, H and is a ten-minute walk from the Nordhavn Station. Underground public parking is available between 8am-5pm at 24 DKK/hr and between 5pm-8am for 12 DKK/hr

Odd Fellow Palace is located in Copenhagen’s aristocratic Frederikstaden neighborhood. The Palace, built in 1751, has beautiful rooms in the rocco style and magnificent halls characterized by centuries of history. The Palace is located just a few minutes from Kongens Nytorv, and is close to the Amelienborg Palace and the Marmorkirken church.
Transportation: Odd Fellow Palae is located directly across the street from the Hotel Phoenix. Odd Fellow is accessible by metro lines M1 and M2, and is a 7-minute walk from Kongens Nytorv. Parking is not available.
EE Global organizers have secured a block of discounted rooms at the Hotel Phoenix Copenhagen, conveniently located across the street from Odd Fellow Palace, our Forum venue on May 22. The Hotel Phoenix is on Bredgade Street, known for high profile galleries and restaurants, and is only a few minutes’ walk from Kongens Nytorv and “Strøget”, the main pedestrian shopping area. Additionally, the royal castle Amalienborg, The Royal Danish Theatre and the Metro are just a short stroll away.
