Official Contest Rules

PRIZES
Selected winners will receive a complimentary all-access pass to EE Global 2010 in the form of a reimbursement for their previously paid registration fee. No substitutions or transfer of prizes permitted.

BI-WEEKLY PRIZE DRAWING
The random drawing will take place every two weeks during the contest period. Unless previously selected, entered registrants will continue to be reentered in each bi-weekly drawing, with winners selected from among the total number of entries received. The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received. In other words, THE EARLIER YOU SUBMIT YOUR EE GLOBAL REGISTRATION/ CONTEST ENTRY FORM, THE MORE LIKELY YOU ARE TO WIN COMPLIMENTARY REGISTRATION!

Winners will be notified by email within 5 business days of the drawing date and prizes will be awarded within 2-3 weeks of notification. If the Alliance is unable to contact a selected winner by email or phone within the 5 business days, the prize will automatically be forfeited.

HOW TO ENTER
Complete the Registration of the Month entry section at the bottom of the EE Global registration form by answering the following question: “Why you’re looking forward to attending EE Global 2010?” To be eligible, entries must be submitted with a completed EE Global registration form received on or by the closing date of the early bird registration deadline (April 12, 2010). Incomplete entries will be disqualified. All entries shall become the property of the Alliance to Save Energy (the Alliance). Entries received by telephone, fax, courier or personal delivery will not be accepted. 

CONTEST RULES

  1. The contest is open to all EE Global registrants. Alliance employees are excluded from this contest.
  2. One entry per registrant.
  3. The prize is not redeemable in cash and must be accepted as awarded.
  4. Decisions of the contest judges are final. No substitutions will be available.
  5. By claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, without additional compensation of his or her name, photograph and information provided in the contest entry form for promotion and/or advertising purposes in any manner and in any publication medium (including print, publications slides, distribution over the internet and picture data storage) which the Alliance may deem appropriate.
  6. The Alliance reserves the right to withdraw or terminate this contest at any time without prior notice.
  7. By entering this contest, each registrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these official rules.
