Dr. Dora Fazekas works as an Associate Director at Cambridge Econometrics. She specializes in the application of economic and econometric analysis to inform policy-makers in the fields of climate, energy and the circular economy.
She has over ten years’ experience successfully bridging academic research with policy-making and technology R&D. Dora has done international translational research at the Central European University and Corvinus University in Hungary, the University of Sheffield in the UK and Columbia University in the US. During her PhD in environmental economics, she was a Fulbright Scholar at the Lenfest Center for Sustainable Energy in the Earth Institute, Columbia University, working on carbon footprint and labelling assessments.
Dora speaks five languages, has been a reviewer to academic journals and an expert panellist to various policy events.
