Jessica C. Hogle is Vice President of Federal Affairs and Corporate Sustainability for PG&E Corporation, the parent company of Pacific Gas and Electric Company. In this role, Jessica manages and directs the team responsible for PG&E’s sustainability efforts and engagement, along with advising corporate leadership on how best to integrate and align PG&E’s sustainability strategy with its business strategy.
She is also responsible for leading activities to shape public affairs policies and develop, implement, and manage federal affairs strategies to advance national energy and economic policies and initiatives in support of PG&E’s business operations, 24,000 employees, and the 16 million Californians the company serves. In her dual role as chief lobbyist and oversight of corporate sustainability, she is responsible for building relationships at the national level with NGOs, trade associations, advocacy organizations, and other key stakeholders.
Jessica joined PG&E from the Portland Cement Association, where she was the Director of Political and Legislative Affairs. Prior to joining PCA, Jessica was an Associate at Campaign Finance Consultants, a national political consulting firm serving primarily U.S. Senate candidates.
Jessica serves on the board of Running Start, an organization dedicated to encouraging more young women to pursue political office; the California State Society, where she is Vice President; the Future Forum Foundation, and the Women’s Energy Resource Council.
Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Religion at the University of the South, Sewanee, Tennessee.
