Rebecca Ciraulo

Rebecca Ciraulo is a director in the emerging technologies group of the Energy, Sustainability, and Infrastructure segment. She specializes in strategic planning and analysis, project management, and advanced building technologies energy efficiency and renewable energy programs and policy support. She has provided consulting to many state and federal agencies and utility regulators as well as private companies interested in emerging technology solutions and policies. Ms. Ciraulo’s work largely focuses on development of strategic and annual program plans and has led teams in the development of various program and technology roadmap plans and market studies in the residential and commercial building sectors. Rebecca also has devised program plans and stakeholder engagement for new activities especially related to advanced building construction, energy efficiency workforce development, technology prioritization and technology to market deployment.
