Lloyd has developed and implemented clean energy and energy efficiency policy and programs within utilities and government, as both a public servant and a consultant, for 25 years. Lloyd is Vice President of Market Development and Regulatory Strategy for Franklin Energy and its affiliate AM Conservation Group. Both firms are longstanding national leaders in the delivery of flexible energy efficiency and grid optimization programs for utilities and their end-use customers, as well governments and their constituents, in 30 US states. Lloyd serves as Board President of the Energy Efficiency Alliance, a trade organization that advocates for progressive energy efficiency policy and regulations in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He is also an Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University, instructing students in working toward their Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science and Policy.
