Cliff Majersik

Cliff Majersik is Senior Advisor to the Institute for Market Transformation (IMT). Under his guidance, IMT became a trailblazer in the energy efficiency field, recognized across the globe for igniting greater investment in high performance buildings. Cliff is a pioneer in integrating building performance into corporate investment policy, appraisal, green leasing, and building codes, as well as in helping develop building performance policies that have gained national prominence, including building performance standards recently adopted by Washington, New York and St. Louis. Cliff is a LEED Accredited Professional, graduate of Williams College, and former software entrepreneur and management consultant. He lives in Washington, DC.
