Mark Lessans is a Director of Regulatory and Environmental Affairs at Johnson Controls, where he leads advocacy strategies and roadmap development in the decarbonizaion space. He has 10 years of experience in energy efficiency policy, previously at Ingersoll Rand, where he managed climate strategy and market transformation efforts predominantly for the company’s Trane Residential and Commercial brands. Prior to Ingersoll Rand, Mark held roles at the U.S. Department of Energy and the Alliance to Save Energy.
