We’re Headed Back to Europe as Part of Nordic Clean Energy Week
The Alliance is thrilled to announce that we’re taking EE Global abroad once again! This year we’ll be holding the event in Copenhagen, Denmark as part of the Nordic Clean Energy Week, with the support of our co-organizer, the Copenhagen Centre for Energy Efficiency, and our host, the Danish Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The focal point of Nordic Energy Week will be the ninth Clean Energy Ministerial, a gathering of the world’s premier energy leaders from over 24 nations for discussions on Energy Integration and Transition: towards a competitive and innovative low carbon economy. It’s no secret that global advocacy for energy efficiency policy and technology is integral to achieving a low carbon future.
Over ten iterations, from Washington, D.C. to Paris, France, EE Global has established itself as the annual gathering place for energy efficiency’s elite – the one event that draws together more than 400 business executives, government leaders and advocates from across sectors and continents for two days of actionable dialogue on advancing energy efficiency. Whether at home or abroad, EE Global has built partnerships, generated investment in efficiency and delivered a lasting global impact. Therefore, the Forum will serve as an ideal kickoff to Nordic Energy Week, inspiring continued discussions and guaranteeing that energy efficiency is a key part of the global energy conversation.
We hope you’ll stay tuned in here as we continue to share updates on the 2018 EE Global agenda, and that you’ll consider joining us May 21-22 in Copenhagen!
