Scott Igoe has 18 years of experience in project IT supporting utility and governments programs focused on residential, commercial and industrial energy efficiency sectors. As IT Program Manager in LM Energy, Mr. Igoe is the lead for LM Energy’s DSM Energy system hosting, application development, and technical services program initiatives and he manages twenty-five IT professionals. He is responsible for IT program planning and design, information and cyber security, incentive payment processing, call center system operations, branch and desktop IT support, product application development and cloud hosting.
He led the system design and deployment of the LM Captures project tracking detail workflow system tracking system. He managed the LIPA Energy Efficiency system data transfer for Lockheed Martin, and brought 10 years of project data into a real time web platform for PSEG LI. He led the system migration from internal on-premise data center to AWS Cloud for LM Energy. For the Duke Energy Income-Qualified Residential Energy Programs he led the residential system program calculator design, and served as the New York State Energy Research and Development Authority (NYSERDA) Energy Smart Communities Program Manager, and he managed NYSERDA’s successful American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) Appliance Rebate Programs system totaling $32 million in consumer rebates.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Igoe worked as an IT Manager at American University, and oversaw building energy management, energy procurement, and maintenance systems as a Physical Plant Manager, and HR and Finance Systems Manager in monitoring and maintaining business and HR information systems and served in the US Navy as a Fire Control Officer and Communications Officer.
